MSP/MSSP relationship study

An independent research initiative studying how managed IT and security service relationships actually work, where they succeed, where they break down, and what separates partnerships that last from the ones that end in a costly, disruptive switch.

This research is being conducted by a team with direct, senior-level experience managing both sides of these relationships. We are not an MSP or MSSP. We do not sell managed services, and we are not attempting to sell you anything through this research.

All responses are confidential and reported only in aggregate. Findings will be shared with participants who request them once the research concludes.
